Traverse Rescue is now the exclusive Canadian distributor of Ferno Australia’s Arachnipod. The Arachnipod is based on the concept of industrial tripods but the modular design enables components to be added or removed as required, complementing existing structural features, thereby making it a total edge management system. It is an ideal tool for those in the height safety and rescue industries as this one system can easily be constructed into a range of configurations, such as a gin pole/monopole, bipod, tripod, quadpod, bridge system and handrail recovery monopole.

It was recently awarded an Australian International Design Mark for its innovative design as it provides a single solution for edge management scenarios not previously offered.
